Office Administrator (Sailing Background)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator, ideally with an interest in sailing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance our operations and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative support.

* Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and leveraging your sailing knowledge to assist with inquiries and advice.

* Documentation: Maintain and organize office files, including contracts, invoices, and sailing-related documents.

* Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing sailing events, workshops, and training sessions.

* Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of office supplies and sailing-related materials, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

* Communication: Liaise with vendors, partners, and sailing clubs to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships.

* Support to Management: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
