This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your design management skills while working on a variety of projects ranging in value from £1m to £20m.

In this role, you will support the Design Manager in coordinating and managing the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery. You will assist in liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring all design work meets project specifications and timelines. Your role will also involve assisting in resolving design issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

You should have some experience in a design management role or a relevant background in architecture or engineering, with a strong understanding of construction processes. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team are essential.

This position offers a competitive salary of around £40,000 plus a comprehensive package, with clear pathways for professional development and career advancement within a growing Tier 2 contractor.
