About the role:
Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference in the lives of children? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our supportive and dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to inspire and guide a lively and curious class of Year 1 or Year 2 students, creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the chance to innovate and bring your unique flair to the classroom. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities, ensuring all students achieve their potential. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 in a UK primary school.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Engage with parents and carers to support students’ learning and development.
