My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Planning Manager to join a growing team in Kent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in planning and development, with the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of UK planning regulations and processes.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Master's degree is advantageous.
Professional Membership:
Chartered Membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is essential.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a senior planning role within the housing or property development sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential planning projects.
In-depth knowledge of UK planning laws, regulations, and best practices.
Experience in negotiating with local authorities and stakeholders.What's On Offer
