Role purpose/summary

• Plant maintenance business exposure 10+ years
• S4 HANA experience of Plant Maintenance for 4 +years & ECC 15+ years
• Experience of managing teams and driving outputs
• Experience of gathering requirements writing user stories
• Having difficult conversations and driving requirements forward in non-straight forward situations
• Experience in the chemical industry
• Run Morning Stand ups and hold team to account with objectives and deliverables
