Solutions Architect - ServiceNow

Description

In the role of a ServiceNow Principal Solution Architect, you will spearhead the scoping, design, development, and deployment processes for client projects, ensuring the delivery of top-tier ServiceNow solutions. Your responsibilities include evaluating new business needs and determining the most effective technical implementation strategies, all while following industry-leading practices. You will collaborate closely with engagement leaders, project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers to steer the design from inception through implementation, while maintaining strict adherence to risk management and quality standards.

Requirements

7+ years and experience and platform knowledge with a track record of delivering advisory services to a wide scope of areas such as Banking, Insurance, and public sector clients.

Must be experienced in the overall ServiceNow platform with key skills around CSDM/CMDB.

Proven experience in consulting/professional services and technical delivery

A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget as a Solution Architect.

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator

Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 1 product suite

Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)

Strong expertise in Scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages

Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.

Experience with delivering solutions in complex client environments.

Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches
