About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children in primary schools across Bristol. Whether you have tutored younger children or older students, we value the skill set and qualities you bring.

What We Offer:

Training and Support: Comprehensive training for those new to this role including a 3-hour introduction course in our Bristol office and over 2,500 CPD modules on offer to you free of charge, via the National College.
Diverse Opportunities: 1-2-1 support roles that utilise your tutoring background effectively as well as general classroom roles and running small group interventions.
Varied Roles: Positions available for short-term, long-term, and daily supply work to fit around your schedule. We are seeking individuals who are able to start from September 2024.Responsibilities:

Special Educational Needs/Disabilities (SEND) Support: Assist children with various SEND requirements.
Emotional and Social Support: Provide essential emotional and social guidance.
Academic Assistance: Help children who are falling behind to catch up and excel.Ideal Candidates:

Have experience tutoring children aged 5-11
Are interested in transitioning to a school-based role or have a background working in classrooms
