Premier Recruitment Group are recruiting for experienced and dedicated Conveyancing Fee Earners or Solicitors to join a prestigious conveyancing law firm with offices in Dartford and Maidstone. Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Conducting property searches and handling Land Registry applications.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner or Solicitor within the conveyancing sector.
In-depth knowledge of conveyancing procedures, regulations, and documentation.
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
