Job Title: Secondary School Maths Teacher

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A-level classes. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and challenging lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the maths department
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experienceRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Mathematics or a related field
Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level (KS3 and KS4)
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practiceDesirable:

Experience teaching A-level mathematics
