Job Title: Release Manager
Location: UK, Bromley (3 days a week onsite)
Core Skills:
* Undergraduate level in a relevant technology or engineering degree.
* Good knowledge of core MS Office products (Word, Excel, Project, Visio), ITSM Remedy, JIRA, Cutover, Tableau, MicroStrategy.
* Must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, setting appropriate priorities.
* Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven and provide attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; must be able to convey ideas, concerns, opinions and provide appropriate reporting across differing levels of management, senior leadership and at steering/governance.
* Works under regular supervision to support projects relating to corporate change initiatives impacting multiple business units, product lines, or business processes.
* Gather and provide guidance and governance of latest change policies and process standards.
* High level technical knowledge to assess requirements and create release deployment plans.
* Facilitate meetings to provide planned deployment communications, status updates, release reviews, inclusive of changecon (change freeze dates), critical release weekends, key project deliveries.
Preferred
* Previous banking/financial experience in Payments, Liquidity, Trade Finance, Credit products.
* PMI PMP/Prince 2 certified/ ITIL Certified.
* Experience in delivering projects using both Waterfall and Lean Agile methodologies
