London (hybrid) - Senior FPGA Engineer – Salary Negotiable (Apply online only)k)

Platform have partnered with an exciting start up that are working on revolutionising data centres and reducing energy consumption! They are looking to bring on experienced FPGA engineers who have strong experience working on networking applications and ideally come from a HPC background.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the R&D team to discuss product ideas and address issues.

* Present product designs to management and stakeholders.

* Hands-on prototyping both in-house and externally.

* Deliver FPGA-based systems for lab and customer trials.

* Build upon existing designs and prototypes.

* Write detailed scientific reports and documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA design for high speed network applications.

* Proficient in PCIe, CXL, RDMA, DDR4, and high-speed I/O like GTM and F-Tile transceivers.

* Expertise in FPGA tool flows (synthesis, partitioning, place&route, timing analysis).

* Excellent skills in SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL.

* Experience in High-Level Synthesis (HLS).

* Knowledge of high-performance FPGA devices (preferably Xilinx Versal Premium, Intel Agilex 7).

Further Information:

This role also comes with hybrid working, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office in central London and if required, comes with relocation assistance and visa sponsorship! There are also stock options.
