Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer-Electrical Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer-Electrical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Shift Engineer-Electrical Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi Skilled Shift Engineer-Electrical Bias, will be responsible for:
* Carrying out Safety checks, reactive works, planned maintenance servicing and general repairs.
* You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety/
* Understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements.
* Ensuring regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Shift Engineer-Electrical Bias role you must have:
* Background in facilities maintenance within the construction sector, data hall industry, critical engineering or similar.
* Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
* 17th or 18th edition for electrically biased engineers.
* City & Guilds craft certificate/ONC etc. , recognised craft apprenticeship for mechanical/plumbing biased engineers.
