Key responsibilities include:
* Providing 3rd line support across a wide range of technologies with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365).

* Resolving escalated issues from 1st and 2nd line support, applying your in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Working closely with the team to ensure continuous improvement and service excellence.
* Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
* Documenting processes and maintaining accurate records for all customer interactions.

* Proven experience in a 3rd Line Engineer role within an MSP environment.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
* Broad experience in IT support, covering a range of systems, networks, and infrastructure.
