Site Agent - Up to £65.5K

What You'll Do:
Specialise in the management and execution of key highway maintenance and renewal projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee expansion joint renewals, bearing enhanced maintenance, bearing replacement, waterproofing to bridge decks, resurfacing, and parapet renewals
Conduct testing and investigations to ensure project integrity
Operate from our Dartford office during the day while coordinating night-time work across the network
Make ad hoc site visits at night to ensure smooth project execution
Lead site teams, ensuring that all operations are performed safely and efficiently
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets
What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in highway projects, particularly in maintenance and renewal
Proven ability to manage site staff, operatives, and subcontractors
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a highways context
Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating between office and site teams
Flexibility to manage day-to-day office work with night-time site operations
Relevant industry qualifications and certifications are highly desirable
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
