A market leading global organisation who are specialists in their field are seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their Finance team. This organisation, with a strong focus on customer service really value their employees which is why they have a low staff turnover.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage finance transactions, customer payment processes, and ensure accurate reconciliation of bank statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or reconciliations and excellent Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Payment Processing & Ledger Management: Accurately process, allocate, and monitor customer payments to maintain up-to-date ledger information.
* Cash Management: Review and minimise unallocated cash, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
* Debt Management: Achieve targets for reducing debtor balances and debtor days in line with defined KPIs.
* Reconciliation: Reconcile transaction data with external sources on Oracle to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Invoice & Credit Management: Promptly address invoice queries, perform credit checks for new accounts, and ensure proper documentation.
Skills & Experience
* Banking & Reconciliation: Previous experience in banking or balance sheet reconciliations is essential.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills.
