Hours:
8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. Sunday working with a supplementary payment

Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
* To ensure all sales targets and KPI's are achieved
* To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
* To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
* Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
* Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
* Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
* Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
* To adhere to the Company's Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
* To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
* The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
* Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
