What We Offer:

Flexible Hours: Work from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy your mornings.
Career Growth: This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering you the chance to grow with us.
Training Provided: Start your journey in Aylesford (junction 4/5 M20) with comprehensive training before transitioning to our brand-new Junction 8 M20 warehouse later in the year. You'll certainly need a car to get to us though!Your Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of healthcare products. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving Stock: Unload deliveries, inspect goods, and ensure accurate receipt of products.
Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring timely dispatch.
Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet operational goals and support new staff training.What We're Looking For:

Physical Capability: Ability to work in a manual environment with heavy lifting.
Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Team Player: A positive attitude and strong communication skills, with a willingness to support your colleagues and contribute to a thriving team environment.
Reliability and Initiative: A hardworking attitude that helps you tackle challenges head-on, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
