Support Worker
Young Person in Semi-Independent Living
12 hours shifts, 2-3 per week
From £13 per hour (shift and pay type dependant)
8am-8pm / 8pm-8am

LT Support are recruiting a Support Worker to work with a young people (aged 16-21) in semi-independent accommodation.
Providing support, encouragement, reports and guidance you will be an experienced support worker or teaching assistant with availability 4 days per week for the rota.
ASAP Start with potential for role to become permanent
Requirements:
Applications are welcome from all Level 2 + and highly experienced workers with good communication skills and ability to write reports.
The ideal candidate must have:
– Relevant experience working with young people
– Sound safeguarding knowledge
– Committed to securing high levels of progress, achievement for young people
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Right to work in the UK
– Enhanced DBS on the update service
