Salary c£24,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to work for a well-established, multi office law firm, based on the outskirts of Coventry. There are genuine training contract opportunities for eligible employees in the longer term.

The role will involve:

Opening new files
Generating client care correspondence and completing client questionnaires
Drafting of legal documents
Liaising with clients by telephone, email and face to face
Managing and dealing with post-completion matters and registrations
Closing files and arranging storage of deedsSuitable candidates will have:

Experience of working in a fast-paced Conveyancing department, in an SRA regulated law firm
Own transport and a full UK driving licence
Good working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skillsThis is a full time permanent job which is fully office-based, Working Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week.
