This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s team as a Production Technician!
Duties include:
Based in a workshop environment, you will be maintaining and operating a range of machinery
Using production machines to manufacture quality parts
Precision machining/engineering
Fault-finding using root cause analysis
Working collaboratively with maintenance, factory management and other production staff
Resolving technical problems and issues
Working safely in adherence with policies and procedures
Any other duties as required
You will have:
Solid experience in relevant machine operation roles within manufacturing environments
Good problem-solving skills
Good underpinning Mechanical knowledge
Experience fault-finding and basic maintenance of production machines
Excellent communication skills
Ideally a relevant qualification in Engineering, although experience will be considered
This is a great role working in a busy Workshop environment amongst likeminded Machinists.
You will be offered a competitive salary, great working hours and the opportunity to earn more through overtime, as well as up-skill through further training.
