Role of a RGN
Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Our care home in Colchester is seeking a committed and skilled Nurse to join our team. If you have a passion for providing high-quality care and improving the well-being of our residents/patients, we want to hear from you!
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
* Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents/patients, reporting any changes to the relevant medical staff.
* Create and implement individualized care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
* Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring that care is delivered to the highest standard.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
* Promote a safe and supportive environment that upholds the dignity, privacy, and rights of all residents/patients.
* Requirements:
* Enhanced Child & adults DBS. on update service
* NMC Pin
* Minimum 3 months plus experience working as a Nurse
* Effective communication & interception skills
