My client are a supplier of food products based in the North Manchester, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team
The Role
* Manage a team of 5+ individuals consisting of sales professionals, office professionals and customer service colleagues
* Monitor staff performance
* Monitor customer service budgets
* Monitor staff KPI's
* Produce performance and staff reports
* Policy & procedure implementation
The Candidate
* 3 years + experience in Sales or Customer service management
* 3 years + experience working in a product environment
* Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
* Hungry for success
* Self-Starter

Competitive base salary - £38,300 - £44,900
Modern offices & free parking
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (office based)
26 days holiday + bank holidays
