We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students' learning and development, helping to ensure that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Job Summary:

The Teaching Assistant will support teachers in delivering lessons and provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to gain experience working in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups.
Provide targeted support to students, either individually or in small groups, to help them understand lesson content and complete assigned work.
Help manage classroom behavior in line with the school's behavior policy, ensuring a positive and orderly learning environment.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt resources to meet diverse learning needs.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the role, such as preparing classroom materials, setting up equipment, and maintaining student records.
Participate in school activities, such as trips, extracurricular programs, and events, to enhance the overall educational experience.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress and well-being.Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics is required.
Previous experience in a secondary school setting or working with young people is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting the educational development of young people
