Mechanical Assembler Fitter
We are working with a global leader who have been established for 50 years and specialise in design, manufacture and supply for industrial applications. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Assembler Fitter to join the team in Bedford.
Mechanical Assembler Fitter Key Requirements:
* Must have a Mechanical background with a minimum of 2 years hands on working experience
* Working to engineering drawings
* Good manual dexterity
* Experience with building assemblies
* Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
* Good attention to detail
* Flexible and hardworking
The successful Mechanical Assembler Fitter will assemble component parts to make up finished assemblies in compliance with in house and customer specifications.
Shift patterns are 6am to 2.30pm Mon – Thurs and 6am to 10.30am Friday. All the shop floor contracts have a clause in which says our client may also need to run a second shift which would be 2.30pm – 11pm Mon – Thurs and 10.30am – 15.00pm Fri so they need to be able to work this shift too if required. Overtime available.
