Dev Ops Engineer

Are you ready to revolutionize our software deployment and infrastructure? We're seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our one of are dynamic iGaming clients base in sunny Malta!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain our core infrastructure components, primarily AWS and Cloudflare.
• Diagnose and fix issues related to the aforementioned infrastructure.
• Enhance our monitoring systems (eg, Datadog, Grafana) to minimize production bugs.
• Support database management tasks, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Implement and review code changes for infrastructure components.
• Resolve issues and optimize our CI/CD platform, including pipelines, runner setups, and release tools.
• Manage our gaming platform infrastructure as code, ensuring all new components are properly configured.
• Contribute to our disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with platform developers to identify and eliminate potential performance bottlenecks.
• Assist in data engineering efforts, improving data pipelines.
• Automate processes using Powershell, BASH or Python.
• Take ownership of upcoming infrastructure projects aligned with the company's future plans.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent self-management and communication abilities.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Proficiency with AWS,
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (eg, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with tools like AWS (CDK, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Terraform)
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
