6 Month Contract

A well known high street bank is urgently seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 6 Month Contract (likely to be extended).

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor you will be working on providing assistance to banking customers and helping them with their issues/queries.

You will be part of a large customer service team, based in Newcastle.

Essential Skills:

• Prior experience of Customer Service/Customer support roles
• Experience of banking/insurance/financial services customer service would be an advantage
• A strong customer focus and able to work with sensitive customer data
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
