Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

Salary: £45,000 per annum + Benefits

Location: Surrey

My client is a leading design and manufacturing organisation who work within the filtration and process equipment space. They are a company focused not only on creating great products for their customers, but for many years have been working tirelessly to ensure that they have a fantastic culture and working environment for their employees.

Responsibilities:

• 3D CAD work, designing and developing new as well as existing product
• Working closely with sales and projects teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Creating technical documentation and associated paperwork
• FEA (Finite Element Analysis) will be utilized in this role, as it is an essential tool for the design and helps provide detailed insight into how the products perform under various conditions

Essential Skills:

• Degree Educated in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
• 3D CAD user, SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor or similar
• 7 years+ in Industry for Design
