-Requirements analysis of web portals Collecting and systematising the requirements for the management of web portals with regard to the required data, the evaluation views and the management and approval processes to be supported.

- Development of mapping rules for web portals in Alfabet Derivation of modelling rules for different types of web portals on the basis of the architectural artefacts provided in Alfabet, such as applications, IT components and information flows.

- Conceptual further development of the Alfabet data model Addition of new object classes and stereotypes to the existing Alfabet meta-model. Definition of new relations, taking into account the constraints of already configured use cases for architecture management.

- Configuration of the existing Alfabet solution Configuration of the required profiles, object classes, stereotypes, edit dialogues, wizards, cockpits and reports (tabular and if necessary, graphical) using the tools provided by Software AG. Embedding the new content and features in the existing user profiles and neighbouring object classes. Testing and deployment of the configuration on the Our Client operating environments for Alfabet.
