£300 per day (umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Data Analyst in Westminster. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours

The job:

Manage and maintain, and if required, enhance the condition survey process that collects data to address all the business needs
Analyse the stock condition survey data and develop necessary benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators on programme expenditure
Manage MRI Asset Management database to ensure it is maintained and remains up to date
Assist and/or produce stock data and reports for other departments within Growth, Planning and Housing
Assist the Asset Strategy team in maintaining its procedures and processes.The candidate:

Project management experience in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
MRI / Orchard knowledge is essential.
