Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer - Cheltenham - Temporary (Immediate Start)
Location: Warrington - Cheltenham
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm
Hourly Pay Rate: £22.52.00p/h Via Umbrella
Invictus are recruiting for an Multi-Skilled Engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a Mobile postion covering 4 sites in Cheltenham erea. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a temporary vacancy lasting 3 months before being reviewed for extension, with a possibility of going permanent.
You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
* Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls
* Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
* Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
* This is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.
Key Requirements:
* Must have 17th or 18th edition
* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
