Our client, a Fit-out Contractor, based in Lichfield, are seeking a Project Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Project Manager will be focusing on fit-out projects but in the retail / hospitality sectors on fast-track projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, to the client's satisfaction, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-stablished and respectable business.

Fitout Project Manager Position Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £50k - £70k (possibly more for a strong candidate)
* Company Car plus fuel or Car Allowance
* Holiday: 21 days plus BH (increasing with service)
* Pension scheme

* Death in service pay out (After 1 years' service)
* Monday to Friday (flexible)

Fitout Project Manager Position Requirements
* Prior experience as a PM / Contracts Manager working in fitout
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
* Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
* Full driving licence
* Must have experience operating for hospitality and/or retail clients
* Based with commuting distance of Lichfield
* Good tenure & seeking a permanent position
