Role Overview
As part of the Electrical Engineering team, you will provide leadership on a range of projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard. You'll manage project teams, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects and design electrical systems.
Supervise design teams and ensure project schedules are met.
Conduct site visits and coordinate project interfaces.
Review and develop technical standards and procedures.
Ensure safety is a priority in all design activities.
Knowledge and Experience
Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, especially in electrical engineering.
Strong knowledge of power generation, distribution, and transmission.
Proficiency in power system studies and equipment specification.
Familiarity with IEC standards and electrical best practices.
Experience with ETAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Relevant professional membership; Chartered Engineer status is desirable.
