Description

Management of an Internal Customer Service & Sales Support Team
Drive quotation uptake across the department
Create an environment that focuses on providing world class service to B2B customers worldwide
Ensure customers are kept updated on the progress and delivery date of theri orders
Assign and manage order workloads
Drive on time in full performance
Support sales teams with customer support and onboarding
Work cross functionally wiith various departments including production, warehosue and sales to manage the entire custoemr jounrey
Provide the team with regular training, development and 1-2-1'sProfile

Experience managing a similar customer service / sales suppor function
Experience in a manufacturing envuronment (desirable)
Ability to motivate and lead others
Ability to improve processesJob Offer
