Accounts Payable Analyst | 6 Month Contract | £23 Per Hour | Inside IR35 | Hybrid Remote

We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Analyst for a 6 month contract. This role pays £23 per hour Inside IR35 and will require hybrid work in Edinburgh where the training will take place followed by a 2 days on site and 3 days work from home arrangement.

What the role requires

• Reviewing and approving all 3rd Party supplier invoices and non-purchase order payments
• Reviewing and approving colleague travel & business expense reports
• Initiate and manage all payment processes for supplier, vendor and partner payments
• Initiate and manage travel and expense reimbursements or corporate cards
• Ensure policies and procedures are clearly followed and communicated
• Help to Train other colleagues to ensure that policies and procedures are followed
• Complete ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
• Contribute to development of new policies and procedures and revise as appropriate
• Work Closely with internal and external customers incl. vendors, business partners etc
• Ensure that deadlines are met throughout the month
• Identify best practices for accounts payable processing
