This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to work for a well established Tier 2 Main Contractor. A very stable and trusted house builder in the market who have been operating for decades delivering high quality projects across the Commercial, Refurb, Education and Healthcare.
This is a Contractor who have traditional values and very high standards which has kept them at the top of the tree. You will be a Site Manager, overseeing the whole build process, taking projects from start to finish. The ideal Site Manager for this company will be a true leader with excellent health and safety, management skills, understanding of the whole build process from start to finish, and someone looking to further their career.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
Achieve a high quality product across every project.
Keep the project on time and in budget.
Oversee the build process from start to finish.Requirements for Site Manager:
Overseen multiple projects.
