Dunbar Education is recruiting supply teachers to work across primary schools in Northampton and surrounding areas.

Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. As a Supply Teacher, you will step into various classrooms on short notice to provide instruction and maintain a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about teaching, enjoy flexibility, and are capable of adapting to different school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons or create engaging lesson plans when necessary.
Manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning environment.
Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of various age groups and learning abilities.
Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and performance.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of learning.
Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher about pupils progress and any issues that arose during the absence.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience in a teaching role.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational environments.
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).What We Offer:
