Electrical Engineer
Location – Cambridge
Salary – Up to 44,000
Hours – Monday-Friday – 7am – 6pm
Job Description:
· Assisting and supporting the Operational Management team, which includes Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance services
· To assist in monitoring out-sourced
· Liaise with clients and contractors
· To demonstrate good fault-finding skills on complex Electrical plant and equipment and be prepared to react quickly and positively to changing circumstances
· Liaise with manufacturers regarding plant or equipment failure and to arrange orders for new plant, equipment
· Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff to vacant posts. Select candidates for new posts, interview, and recruit
Requirements:
• Formal qualification in either Electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification
• 17th Edition/18th Edition.
• Knowledge of Building Services
• Working on and managing PPMS
• Worked within the FM industry
• Valid UK Driving license
