Location: Home-based with travel to West Midlands
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a passion for coaching and developing others? If so we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Overview:

Working for a leading training organisation, you will coach learners, design and deliver training programmes, and ensure learners achieve Tech, Digital and Data qualifications.

A typical week:

* Develop & deliver training sessions

* Assess & provide feedback on learner progress

* Build & maintain strong employer relationships

* Document learning journeys & ensure compliance

You'll need the following:

* Relevant Degree in Data and/or IT related field

* Experience in training, teaching and/or coaching

* 3 years technical field experience

* Confident & engaging communication skills
