The role involves setting and operating Haas CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. The position is on a 2-10 shift, ideal for those who prefer afternoon and evening work.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Machine Setup: Set up Haas CNC turning machines according to job specifications, ensuring all tools and materials are correctly in place.
* Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce components, monitoring the process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Quality Control: Inspect finished parts against specifications, making adjustments as necessary to meet high-quality standards.
* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are running efficiently and safely.
* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process to minimize downtime.
