Role and Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects.
Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted assistance and ensure all students can access the curriculum.
Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom management.
Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to help inform teaching strategies.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the wider school community.What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for education.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
A proactive, flexible approach and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
A desire to learn and develop professionally, with an interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education.
Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.Why Join Us?
