Staff4Me is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. Our Nuclear Cardiology office in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside board-certified cardiologists and internal medicine doctors, providing top-notch care to our patients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work in a cardiology practice with one cardiac SPECT camera.
Provide patient instruction and preparation.
Perform IV administration.
Measure and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic studies.
Utilize efficient and safe practices in handling radiopharmaceuticals.
Conduct patient imaging and process computerized image data.
Perform quality control and maintain nuclear medicine records.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients and the medical team.
Work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Efficient and safe handling of radiopharmaceuticals.
Proficiency in patient imaging and data processing.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
Valid certifications as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Board (NMTCB).
Valid Nuclear Medicine California State License.
Venipuncture Certification.
BLS certification.
