Accounts Payable Assistant - 18 Month FTC
Our well-established Harlow based client are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their dynamic growing finance team on an 18 Month FTC basis.
If you have a minimum of 1 years' experience within a finance department, then this would be a great opportunity for you to build on your existing skills and experience. Our client can also consider Finance Graduates with administrative experience who is keen to move into a Finance role.
Duties:
Validate and process large volumes of invoices for multiple European entities
Manage Accounts Payable mailboxes and resolve supplier queries
Liaise with other sites as needed to obtain data/approvals for processing
Collaborate with colleagues from multiple departments to ensure timely resolution of vendor/supplier issues
Answer and resolve e mail telephone queries from internal and external parties
Comply with Company and departmental policies and procedures
Additional ad-hoc accounts payable duties as requiredExperience Required:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in a Finance position
Good use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication skills and able to prioritise workload
Ability to process data and information accurately and according to expected turnaround timesMonday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week (hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office)
25k-26k DOE
