Contract Support - Battersea - £34,000 Per Annum
Location: Battersea
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Basic Salary: £34,000 Per Annum
A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Contract support based in the Battersea area on a Full Time position working large building . The successful candidate must have good contract support experience that comes from a fianicial background as well.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations
* Assist the onsite with invoicing and reporting
* Ensure all account KPI’s are met
* Ensure integrity of financial transactions for contract
* Review and raise quotations approved from the Account/Finance Manager, keeping record and sending for Customer approval where applicable in a timely manner
* Keep the PO Tracker up to date with all details filled in correctly
* Raise accurate purchase orders maintaining records in a timely manner
* Daily review and process sub-contractor invoices via the Invoice Pool, documenting queries
* Raise sales invoices (complete billing) weekly in line with contract plan, meeting monthly forecast at the correct margin
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Previous Contract Support role before within FM sector
* Experience in raising POs and processing invoices
* Customer Service skills are essential to this role
* Attention to detail is a must
* Good verbal communication and client facing skills
* Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
