The Project Engineer role:

Requires a well-rounded civil engineer with a blend of technical expertise and project management skills. The candidate should be comfortable working with various stakeholders and thoroughly understand UK regulations and standards related to highway and drainage projects. The perfect candidate should be working or want to work towards being a Chartered Engineer and be or want to progress quickly to Senior Engineer.

Could you be the Project Engineer for the job?

Have experience in preparing S278, S38, and S104 application packages for the adoption and maintenance of roads and drainage systems by local authorities and water companies.
Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed design drawings and skilled in using drainage design software like Causeway PDS Flow and InfoDrainage.
Knowledgeable in applying CIRIA guidance for sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and preparing Drainage Impact Assessments, particularly in Scotland.
