We are seeking a skilled and experienced LinkedIn Specialist to manage and enhance our clients presence on the LinkedIn platform for a waste maangment company.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn's features and tools and a proven track record in leveraging the platform for business growth.

The role involves setting up and optimising profiles, creating engaging content, developing a strategy to grow our network, running targeted ad campaigns, and reporting on key metrics to ensure conversion into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager :

Set up and professionally optimise LinkedIn profiles for team members and the organisation.
Ensure that profiles are consistent, up-to-date, and reflect our brand identity and values.
Create compelling and relevant content tailored to their audience, including articles, posts, and updates.
Utilise relevant hashtags and keywords to increase visibility and engagement.
Schedule and manage regular content posting to maintain an active presence on LinkedIn.
Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow our LinkedIn following in key sectors.
Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Use LinkedIn's tools and features, such as groups and events, to foster community and engagement.
Plan, execute, and manage targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns to reach specific audiences.
Monitor ad performance and make adjustments to maximise ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Track and analyse key metrics related to LinkedIn activity, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ad performance.
Report back regularly with insights and data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and generate sales opportunities

Qualifications of the Social Media Manager :

Proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn profiles and content.
Demonstrated success in running LinkedIn ad campaigns and growing a professional following.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithms, tools, and best practices.
