Our client is a healthcare contractor, undertaking a high end project in London.

The M&E Manager will join the team in London, assisting in overseeing a healthcare project through to completion stage.

We are looking for someone with previous MEP experience in Modular construction.

* Reporting to the Project Director, the successful candidate will oversee M&E services throughout all project stages.

* Ensuring the scope of work is estimated, designed, installed, and commissioned safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

* Fulfil contractual responsibilities concerning building services and provide leadership and direction to the project team regarding M&E services.

* Supervision of installation works will be necessary to ensure integrated systems are delivered according to the client's specifications, on time, and within budget.

* The candidate will ensure the company is financially reimbursed for integrating services and attendance works.

* Adequate provision for maintenance of services will be ensured, and assistance with preparing coordinated building and services programs will be provided.

* The candidate will be involved in coordinating site works to avoid delays and rework, prepare material take-offs, and raise requisitions where appropriate.

* Maintaining a high standard of safety on projects and adhering to all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures in relation to M&E services is crucial.
