Lynx Recruitment are working with an energy technology business near Bath to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer.

They're looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team and contribute to the development of advanced downhole logging and well-intervention instrumentation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct mechanical design projects
• Develop cost-effective design solutions
• Create and test prototypes
• Manage engineering changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering design environment
• Expertise in engineering materials and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
