Leading Energy Technology Company Seeks Senior/Lead Electronics Engineer

Lynx Recruitment is working with an energy technology company close to Bath to recruit either a Senior or Lead Electronics Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead electronics solutions development
• Design analog and digital hardware
• Develop Embedded software
• Create design specifications
• Participate in design reviews
• Provide technical guidance
• Improve internal design processes
• Represent team in client meetings

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in product development
• BA or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Expertise in analog/digital hardware, Embedded software, DSP
• Experience with microprocessors, C programming, data acquisition
• PCB design and schematic capture skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

The company offers a competitive salary in the range of £70,000 - £90,000, pension, health insurance, bonuses, and 25 days holiday.
