Doubled in size in the last 5 years

The Role:

100% new business - self generating

Main focus is PropTech/ConTech organisations, Construction & Commercial Real Estate

Work alongside marketing in support of outbound campaigns and other marketing/lead generation initiatives

The Requirements:

Someone who can generate their own leads

Ideally sold to Data solutions, SaaS, or anything to construction

Could be someone in Telesales or an SDR looking for a closing role

Someone with SMB/high volume sales experience

The Process:

1st: Teams with Hiring Manager

2nd: Hiring Manager + Another Director

3rd: Presentation
