Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency, and we are excited to be recruiting for a regional main contractor specializing in educational projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team in Walthamstow.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire construction process of educational projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management. Requirements:

Proven experience as a number one Site Manager, particularly on educational projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field. What We Offer:
